Camping and Accommodation Rates

Murphy's Creek Escape caters for campers and groups.

Groups Bookings: are priced on request.

Day Visitors: Bird Watchers, Abseilers, Painters using Murphy's Creek Escape facilities are to pay a $5 facilities fee at reception upon arrival and prior to commencing activities. NO SWIMMING OR BBQ DAY VISITORS!

Deposit Required:
Camp booking : 1-2 days - full payment, 3 days or more - $50 deposit.

Groups: $200 Club deposit.

Booking Procedure:
Camping: Please call the office on (07) 4630 5353 to book your site. Deposit is to be paid upon booking.

Groups: Please call the office on (07) 4630 5353 to confirm a suitable date for your group. Then email the booking form and make payment of deposit. See below for methods of payment.

Confirmation:
Camping: Please note, your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. You will receive a confirmation letter and receipts for booking within 10 working days.

Groups: Please note your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and the booking form. NOTE: final payment is requested 7 days prior to your stay at Murphy's Creek Escape, (unless prior arrangements made).

Final Numbers:
Camping: numbers confirmed on check in.

Groups: Must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks prior to start date.  Our invoice will be based on these numbers.
EFTPOS available
Make deposits or payments over the phone.

Groups: There is a 3% surcharge if paying group bookings via credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
There are NO REFUNDS DUE TO WET WEATHER CANCELLATIONS - we will postpone bookings at no cost.

More than 3 months notice:  10% of full deposit will be retained for administration costs.

Less than 3 months notice:  Loss of full deposit.

In the event of a cancellation being replaced by an equivalent or better booking, consideration will be given to a refund of the deposit (less10%).
