A gypsy wagon, also known as a vardo or a caravan, is a traditional form of transport used by Romani people. These colorful and beautifully decorated wagons have a rich history and are now often used for recreational purposes, such as bush camping.
Camping in a gypsy wagon offers a unique and exciting way to experience the great outdoors.

- 2 single bunk beds (150cms long) – there is room on the floor for an additional single blow up mattress or single camping mattress (not supplied)
We recommend you bring:
- Sheets/bedding
- Camp chairs
- Additional lighting (there is an electric light inside the gypsy wagon)
Please note any electric appliances will not work on an unpowered site.
Cost: $200 per booking minimum (whether one or two nights) and $100/night for third and subsequent nights. It is mobile and can be placed on any of our sites.
